  • Oh my goodness there are so many things I love about the Dental Associates. I love the overall comfort of the building, the office staff are the greatest, so friendly and professional! The Doctors care so much about the patients. I feel silly saying I love going to the dentist but I can I truly say that I do. My experience is that If you are not satisfied they make it right.   • One of the best run businesses in Grove. I have never liked going to the dentist but they make it enjoyable. Even though my son doesn't have insurance I am taking him there soon because they make a great experience affordable to even someone without insurance. I recommend them 110%.   • Funny thing happened. We just got back from a month long vacation and I guess my mind was still on vacation because I came in a day early. Nobody said anything. I got my cleaning, got my next appointment date, and went home. I realized as I was writing it down on my calendar my mistake and called the office to tell them. They, of course, already knew and had just, searnIessly, worked me in without a hitch. I apologized and told them im officially an "old fart". They laughed the whole incident off, didnt make me feel stupid, and acted like it was no nill: deal. That's what I call customer service. Very proud to be a patient at such an amazing place.
