Bridges for Smiles is a non-profit organization that brings hope to those who are hurting and needy, one smile at a time. The Lord gave the vision of this ministry to Dr's. Stan and Audrey Crawford of Grove Dental Associates in Grove Oklahoma. As a couple they now use their knowledge and skills as dentists as a bridge for building relationships for Christ.

Dr's. Stan and Audrey Crawford have been involved with local and foreign missions for a number of years; they have reached out to their community and the world with the blessing of dentistry. Bridges for Smiles was birthed out of a desire to use their gifts, talents, and training for the Kingdom.
Dr. Stan Crawford is a 1992 graduate of the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry. After dental school, he did a General Practice Residency at St. Anthony Hospital in Oklahoma City, OK He has practiced dentistry in Grove since 1993. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the Oklahoma Dental Association, and Pierre Fauchard Academy. He currently serves as President of the Grove General Hospital Foundation Board. On April 27, 2007, Dr. Stan was elected to the Oklahoma Board of Dentistry for a three-year term, see press release.
Dr. Audrey Crawford graduated in 1992 from the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry. She then completed a one year post-graduate residency at the University of Oklahoma that included training at Oklahoma Memorial Hospital and Children's Hospital in Oklahoma City.
